What it covers

• Installing and setting them up. The tools are installed on your computers and set up, so they are ready to use on the first day.
• Company settings and safe use. The settings that keep your business information private, and plain rules for what goes into an AI tool and what stays out.
• Hands-on training. Your staff learn on their own work and their own questions, not on made-up examples.
• AI for sales follow-up. Your team learns to use AI to follow up enquiries and quotes, so fewer of them go cold.
• A short written guide. A few pages that set down how your business uses AI, so anyone who joins later can follow it.

AI automations

Every small business has jobs that repeat every day: the same questions by email, the same booking requests, the same enquiries to sort. An AI automation takes on one of those jobs.

What an automation can take on

• Email. Sorting new mail, drafting replies for you to approve, and filing enquiries where they belong.
• Bookings and enquiries. Answering the common questions on your website and taking bookings.
• Instant enquiry replies. Every new enquiry answered at once, day or night, with a reply you have approved.
• A customer record. One place that records every enquiry and customer, and what happened next. This is often called a CRM.
• Follow-up, review and win-back messages. Follow-up emails, review requests and messages to past customers, sent on time. The words are written in Sales funnels and offers and Repeat business systems.

You approve what goes out

An assistant starts by drafting only. You read and approve each reply before it is sent. It is given more to do only when you are happy with its work.

Where it sits in the order

AI automations and AI training is the sixth of our eight services. Trained staff are the easiest first step: people who already use AI well know which of their jobs are worth handing to an automation. Automations work best once the business is online and organised, so they usually follow the brand, the website and digital marketing.
